Dutchess County
- On Saturday, Sept. 29, State Police from Wappinger arrested Whitney M. Rivera, 29, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. She was traveling on Route 9D in Wappinger, when she was involved in a two-car motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 29, State Police from Dover Plains arrested Angela L. DeJesus, 32, of Beekman, for DWI with a previous conviction, a felony. She was traveling on Route 22 in Pawling, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 30, State Police from Wappinger arrested Miriam Sanchez Flores, 38, of East Fishkill, for DWI. She was traveling on Route 52 in Fishkill, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Monday, Oct. 1, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Timothy Anebakem, 46, of Hyde Park, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in Hyde Park, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Putnam County
- On Saturday, Sept. 29, State Police from Brewster arrested Jill Litchauer, 46, of Southeast, for DWI. She was traveling on Route 22 in Southeast, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Westchester County
- On Sunday, Sept. 30, State Police from Somers arrested Amanda M. Gusmano, 23, of North Salem, for DWI. She was traveling on Grant Road 84 in North Salem, when she was reported by the fire department as a possible intoxicated driver. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Fairfield County
- On Sunday, Sept. 30, State Police from Brewster arrested Henry M. Ramirez Leal, 25, of Danbury, for DWI with a prior conviction, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both felonies. He was traveling on Route 6 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
